Late Charges: Lucky Dog Retreat closes at 7:00 p.m. Daycare dogs should be picked up by 7:00 p.m. Dogs not picked up by 7:00 p.m. are subject to a $10.00 late fee. If a dog isn't picked up by 7:45pm, s/he will be boarded overnight. A $10.00 kennel set up fee and normal boarding charges will be applied. We understand that situations and emergencies arise and we will try hard to work with you. If you think you might be late, let us know before 2:00pm. You can pre-pay and minimize late fees with proper notification.

Cancellations: 48 hour cancellation notice is required for all boarding reservations and 24 hour notice for all daycare appointments.

Reservation changes: Dogs can be dropped off and picked up any time between 7:00am and 7:00pm except on Christmas and Thanksgiving days. Early pickups and late drop offs are permitted but are still subject to the original reservation’s charges and fees. This includes daycare.

Memberships: Daycare memberships are available for clients that have a standing weekly reservation. Members will receive a $2.00 discount their reserved day. Members have a guaranteed weekly reservation and a bin to store their dog’s belongings. 24 hour notice is required to cancel a day of daycare to avoid being charged for the day. Memberships can be revoked for no-shows, late cancellations or excessive cancellations or changes.

Half days: The number of dogs we can accept each day is limited by our kennel space for lunch time. The dogs are put up from 12:00 noon until 1:00 or 1:30pm. Half day visits and rates apply for times of the day other than lunch time. No discounts for 1/2 day visits.

Shelter dogs: Shelter dog discounts for daycare are given to dogs adopted from a mixed-breed shelter, Humane Society or Animal Care and Control. Shelter dog and membership discounts can be added together. Discounts are also available for Foster dogs. Contact us for special situations.
